College Students' Career Experience Activities

ENSHINE Enterprise Open Day - College students experience professional life in advance! Enshine Lighting recently hosted an Enterprise Open Day for local college students, giving them the opportunity to step inside a real LED lighting factory and experience professional life before graduation. During the visit, students toured our plastic injection workshop, SMT production lines, and quality control laboratory, where they saw how LED bulbs, batten lights, and panel lights are manufactured from raw materials to finished products. Our engineers and QC team explained the production process, quality inspection standards, and the importance of supply chain management in the lighting industry. The Open Day also included career guidance sessions, where our foreign trade and R&D teams shared practical advice on building a career in international trade and product development. Students had the chance to ask questions, learn about industry trends, and understand what employers look for in the lighting sector.
